Who is the controller

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as none of the circumstances requiring one apply. For anything about your data, the address above is the right one.

What we collect, and where it comes from

We only process data from people who write to us through the contact form. There is no user registration and no private area on this site.

What you type: name, company, email address, phone if you give one, team size and your message.

What comes with the submission: the IP address you write from, the country our network provider infers from it, the browser and operating system your device reports, whether you are on a phone or a computer, the languages your browser prefers, the page you arrived from and, if you came from a campaign, its parameters. Also the date and time, and the result of the anti-bot check.

• We use no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies.
• We do not buy or enrich your data from outside sources.
• We make no automated decisions affecting you, and build no profiles.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To reply to you, prepare the demo you asked for and follow up on that request. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box, and pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR articles 6.1.a and 6.1.b).

To keep bots off the form and to be able to investigate abuse. Here the basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the service (article 6.1.f), which is why we keep the IP, the browser and the anti-bot result. We have weighed that interest against your rights: this is data that already arrives with the request, is not combined with anything, and does not identify you beyond what you tell us yourself.

To know which campaigns work, when you arrive from one. Same legitimate interest, same narrow scope: an aggregate fact about where you came from, not tracking you around the web.

How long we keep it

If the conversation goes nowhere, we delete the enquiry one year after your last contact. If it does go somewhere and we become your supplier, the data moves into the contractual relationship and is kept for its duration and afterwards for the statutory limitation periods, tax ones above all.

You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time, and we will unless we are legally required to keep it.

Where it lives and who else sees it

We do not sell your data or hand it to anyone for advertising. It is accessed only by the people on our team handling the commercial relationship, and by the providers we need for the service to work, who act as processors and under contract:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — serves this website and runs the form’s anti-bot check.
• Cloudmax — the server where your enquiry is stored, located in Germany.
• DigitalOcean, LLC — the managed database it lives in, in Frankfurt.
• Google Ireland Ltd. — the corporate mail we reply to you from.

If it leaves the European Union

Your data is stored in the European Union: the server is in Germany and the database in Frankfurt.

Some of the providers above are US companies and may process data outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, failing that, on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

The anti-bot check

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell a person from a program. It works without solving any puzzle and without following you around other sites: it checks signals from your own browser during the submission.

To do so it loads a small component from challenges.cloudflare.com and may store information in your browser for that moment. It is necessary for the form to work, so it needs no prior consent; if you would rather not use it, write to us directly at info@vadere.ai.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics, advertising or personalisation cookies of its own, and carries no third-party trackers. The only thing that may be stored in your browser is what is strictly necessary to serve the page and for the anti-bot check described above, which is exempt from the consent requirement.

If we add analytics in the future, this policy will change first and you will see a notice letting you choose.

Security

The connection to this site is encrypted. Access to the enquiries received is limited to the people on our team who handle them, and is logged.

If a breach occurred that posed a risk to your rights, we would tell you and notify the supervisory authority within the periods the GDPR sets.

Other people’s data, and minors

If the form includes somebody else’s details — a colleague, say — you must have told them beforehand that you were giving them to us, and what for.

This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for children under fourteen. We do not knowingly collect their data; if we find any, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, object to it and provide it in portable form. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.

Just write to info@vadere.ai saying what you want to exercise. We will reply within one month, extendable to two if the request is complex, in which case we will tell you. There is no charge.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es), the supervisory authority in Spain.

Changes to this policy

If what we do with data changes, we will update this page and its revision date. If the change is significant and we have a way to reach you, we will tell you.
